Adam Best is an award winning actor who studied at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Cardiff. Adam has worked with many of the national companies and numerous times at The National Theatre. In addition to theatre, Adam has film and television credits to his name including 3 years in the BBC serial drama Holby City. Adam has extensive experience coaching acting, public speaking and presenting skills. Adam set up his own company ‘your big voice’ in 2018. He is also able to offer advice on speech and script writing.
Sarah MINNS
Hypnotherapist / coach
Sarah Minns studied at the Royal Academy of Music, London and the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She holds a diploma in hypnotherapy, a diploma in opera and vocal studies and a bachelor of music with honours. As well as working as an opera singer for many of the national companies, Sarah held prominent positions in financial publishing over a number of years (Advertising Production Manager and Special Projects Editor), and worked as Private Secretary to His Excellency Mr Shaukat Aziz, former Prime Minister of Pakistan. Sarah regularly leads workshops. .
